国内挂号信及包裹的查询方法

最近在网上购买了个东西，因为东西不贵，使用选择了中国邮政的平邮，本想到本地也就最多一个星期，可是实际用了半个月的时间，本想可以在网上查询的，谁知道邮政的挂号信和包裹是不能在网上查询的，那么查询方法是什么呢？
方法如下：
1、带上自己的证件，带上自寄挂号信时的收据（必须的）到寄挂号信的邮政营业点。
2、和营业员说要查询挂号信，这样营业员会开个查单来帮你查。
以上是寄件人查的
以下是收件人查的方法：
到自己附近的邮政营业点查询，询问投递方面的联系电话或是方法，问其是否有到！
如果是包裹的话,订单是PAO开头的话就是慢件喽！
